I, Donna Myketa, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation, order as follows:

(

a) B.C. Reg. 268/87 is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Appendix;

(

b) B.C. Reg. 264/2005 is repealed;

(

c) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 271/2007, is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached Appendix;

(

d) the Mineral Land Reserve (Conditional Mineral and Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 2/2008, is amended as set out

section 3 of the attached Appendix.

Appendix

1 B.C. Reg. 268/87 is amended

(

a) in the

Schedule by deleting the entry for Area 7 and the associated sketch, and

(

b) by cancelling the mineral and placer mining reserve established by that entry.

2 The Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 271/2007, is amended by adding the following site to the Table:
