B.C. Reg. 336/2005, deposited November 17, 2005, pursuant to the PUBLIC SERVICE BENEFIT PLAN ACT [Section 7]. Order in Council 822/2005, approved and ordered November 17, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Extended Health Care and Dental Plans Regulation, B.C. Reg. 403/97, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 1,

(

b) the Group Life Insurance Regulation (No. 1), B.C. Reg. 408/97, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2, and

(

c) the Long Term Disability Plan Regulation, B.C. Reg. 409/97, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 3.

Appendix 1

Section 2 of the Extended Health Care and Dental Plans Regulation, B.C. Reg. 403/97, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(hhh) eligible employees of Community Living British Columbia.

Appendix 2

Section 2 of the Group Life Insurance Regulation (No. 1), B.C. Reg. 408/97, is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

(iiii) eligible bargaining unit employees of Community Living British Columbia;

(jjjj) eligible excluded employees of Community Living British Columbia.

Section 4 is amended by striking out "or (hhhh):" and substituting "(hhhh) or (jjjj): ".

Section 5 (

a) is amended by striking out "or (gggg), and" and substituting "(gggg) or (iiii), and ".

Appendix 3

Section A of

Schedule A of the Long Term Disability Plan Regulation, B.C. Reg. 409/97, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(ddd) all eligible regular excluded employees of Community Living British Columbia.

Section B of

Schedule A is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(ii) all eligible regular bargaining unit employees of Community Living British Columbia.
