In general terms the purpose of the Municipal Plan and Development Regulations amendment is to allow the slight expansion of the Commercial General designation and zone into the Town’s recreational open space area at Centennial Park to accommodate the expansion of Dynamic Air Shelters located in the Fitzgerald and Snow Building at 2A Hickman Street, a business devoted to developing inflatable structures. Also, under the amendment to the Development Regulations inflatable structures are treated as temporary structures which are to be removed once the specific use for which it is erected ends.
