CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Western Development Museum Act (Assented to December 2, 2005) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Western Development Museum Amendment Act, 2005. R.S.S. 1978, c.W-12,

section amended 2(1)

Section of The Western Development Museum Act is amended in the manner set forth in this section. (2) Subsection (1) is amended by striking out “ of one year and until his” and substituting “not exceeding three years and until his or her”. (3) Subsection (2) is amended by striking out “ but no member of the board shall hold office for more than four consecutive years”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on assent.
