OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister responsible for
Part II of the Gaming Control Act dated April 18, 2000, pursuant to
Section 65 of
Chapter 4 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased to approve the delegation of the power of the Alcohol and Gaming Authority to classify films to the person listed in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective April 26, 2000.
