B.C. Reg. 13/2006, deposited January 30, 2006, pursuant to the WILDLIFE ACT [Section 108 (1), (2) (

k) and (5)]. Order in Council 30/2006, approved and ordered January 28, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 23 (4) of the Permit Regulation, B.C. Reg. 253/2000, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(

f) a person who requires a permit for the purposes of non-profit scientific research.
