OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 29, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 18 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1990, the Mineral Resources Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to grant a Special Lease to Donkin Tenements Inc., a body corporate with registered office at Halifax, in the County of Halifax, Province of Nova Scotia, substantially in the form of and subject to the conditions contained in the Special Lease attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation as Appendix "A".
