Order in Council 901/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1) and (2) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , Anne Campbell of Waterloo be appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors to the Boards specified in the table below to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective July 1, 2021 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later, to and including December 31, 2021.
