Order in Council 1769/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of highway in the geographic township of Chaffey, Town of Huntsville, District Municipality of Muskoka, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being part of Lot 15, Concession 2, shown as Part s 12 and 13 on a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Muskoka as Plan 35R-26913 ( MTO Plan P-2781-142) be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,
