OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated January 25, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 144 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Embalmers and Funeral Directors Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Mark Stevens as a member of the Board of Registration of Embalmers and Funeral Directors made by Governor in Council by Order in Council 2009-93 dated February 25, 2009; and (
b) appoint William J. Laurie of Sydney, Cape Breton County, Nova Scotia, as a member of the Board of Registration of Embalmers and Funeral Directors for a term of three years commencing March 6, 2012.
