Section 11 of
Chapter 26 of the Acts of 2018, the Region of Windsor and West Hants Municipality Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that, on and after October 6, 2020, the body corporate established by
Section 3 of the Region of Windsor and West Hants Municipality Act under the name “Region of Windsor and West Hants Municipality” shall be named “West Hants Regional Municipality.”
