OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated September 8, 1998, pursuant to

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act, is pleased to appoint James W. Gogan of Stellarton, Pictou County, to be a member and designate him as Chair of the St. Francis Xavier University Foundation for a term of office of three years commencing September 1, 1998 and ending August 31, 2001.
