OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated May 17, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into the Contraventions Act Implementation Agreement respecting the administration of the Contraventions Act (Canada) to be substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
