OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated July 25, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 146 of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, is pleased to amend the Nova Scotia Offshore Area Petroleum Drilling Regulations, N.S. Reg. 137/92, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 92-679 dated July 7, 1992, to replace provisions about mandatory flow testing on all wells drilled in the Nova Scotia offshore area, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective December 31, 2006.
