Order in Council 352/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 756/2016 dated May 18, 2016 that appointed Janet Varner of Listowel as a part-time member of the Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network under the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , be revoked, effective February 1, 2018.
