Order in Council 1351/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Helen Angus

be appointed Deputy Minister of the Treasury Board Secretariat to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective October 17, 2016;

further that pursuant to subsection 2(6) of the Management Board of Cabinet Act ,

Helen Angus

be appointed Secretary of the Management Board of Cabinet to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term concurrent with her appointment as Deputy Minister of the Treasury Board Secretariat;

further that pursuant to subsection 1.0.4(2) of the Financial Administration Act ,

Helen Angus

be appointed Secretary of the Treasury Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term concurrent with her appointment as Deputy Minister of the Treasury Board Secretariat;

and further that Order in Council O.C. 972/2014 be revoked effective October 17, 2016.
