OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated May 17, 2004, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective May 31, 2004, to: (

a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Dan McFadyen as Deputy Minister of Energy, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2002-320 dated June 28, 2002; (

b) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Alison Scott as Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2002-1 dated January 11, 2002; and (

c) appoint Alison Scott as Deputy Minister of Energy.
