OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated February 28, 2024, and pursuant to subsection 19(2) of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1990, the Emergency Management Act , is pleased to approve the further renewal by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing of the state of emergency declared by the Minister under subsection 12(1) of the Emergency Management Act on June 1, 2023, to maximize the water supply resource available for fire suppression, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective at 8:00 p.m. on March 7, 2024, until 8:00 p.m. on March 21, 2024.
