Statute: Peggy's Cove Commission Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Tourism and Culture dated May 29, 2003, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 339 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Peggy's Cove Commission Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Darrell Fralick of Peggy's Cove, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Peggy's Cove Commission for a term of three years commencing April 1, 2003, and ending March 31, 2006; (

b) appoint David Parkes of Stillwater Lake, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Peggy's Cove Commission for a term of two years commencing April 1, 2003, and ending March 31, 2005; and (

c) authorize the payment of $35 per half day of attendance at meetings, plus reasonable expenses for the members of the Peggy's Cove Commission.
