The close times and quotas set out in

Schedule 8 to the Alberta Fishery Regulations in

respect of the waters listed in the

Schedule to this Notice have been varied by

Variation Order 40-2006 by the Director of Fisheries Management in accordance with

section 3 of the Alberta Fishery Regulations.

Where fishing with gill nets is permitted during an open season established by the

Order, the gill net mesh size has been specified in the Order.

Pursuant to Variation Order 40-2006 commercial fishing is permitted in accordance
