Order in Council 926/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act, 2025

June 19, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act, 2025 , c. 14, being the Water and Wastewater Public Corporations Act, 2025 , come into force:

Schedule 16, s. 1-21.
