Order in Council 1680/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , Carly Stringer of Timmins be appointed as full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Carly Stringer was reappointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective March 27, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 479/2020;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 479/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
