OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated September 18, 2025, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective on and after October 31, 2025, to revoke the designation as a special operating agency of the Nova Scotia International Medical Graduate Assessment Centre, N.S. Reg. 211/2024, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2024–367 dated October 7, 2024, as renamed the Physician Assessment Centre of Excellence by Order in Council 2025-2 dated January 9, 2025.
