OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated June 7, 2000, pursuant to subsection 88(1) of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Education Act, is pleased to:

(1) Approve in principal the construction of 17 schools as set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation;

(2) Authorize the Minister of Education to execute such instruments through the Department of Transportation and Public Works as may be necessary for the acquisition of land site, and to design, construct, furnish and equip the schools under this Order; and

(3) Authorize the utilization of the design standards approved by Executive Council on May 9, 2000, for the design and construction of the schools in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
