OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated August 30, 2000, pursuant to
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to appoint Russell MacKinnon of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, to be a member of the Nova Scotia Council on Higher Education for a term of office beginning April 1, 2000, and ending March 31, 2002.
