Statute: Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 20, 2014, is pleased to: (

a) pursuant to clause 65(2)(

b) of

Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005 the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act , reappoint Jasmine Ghosn of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Review Board for a two year term commencing on August 7, 2014; and (

b) confirm remuneration for the member in accordance with rates set out in Order in Council 2011-183 dated May 24, 2011.
