Order in Council 628/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the Registered Insurance Brokers Act ,

Diane Scott , of Whitby, Ontario

be reappointed to a panel of lay persons eligible to serve as a member of a Complaints Committee and the Discipline Committee for a term not exceeding four years effective the date this Order in Council is made;

And further that Order in Council 737/2021 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
