OIC Text: The Governor in Council upon consultation with the leaders of the recognized parties and with the approval of the House of Assembly, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 6 of

Chapter 35 of the Acts of 2010, the Conflict of Interest Act , is pleased to, effective November 12, 2019, appoint former Chief Justice Joseph P. Kennedy as the Conflict of Interest Commissioner on a part-time basis for a term of five (5) years with remuneration at a rate of $60,000.00 per annum.
