OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Human Resources dated January 3, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 45 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to approve an amendment made by the Public Service Commission to the general regulations respecting the civil service, N.S. Reg. 20/81, made by the Civil Service Commission and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 81-268 dated March 3, 1981, to add "Legal Aid Commission" in Appendix "A" of the regulations in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
