Section of the Medical Services Payment Act, chap- ter M-7 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended L’article de la

a) in subsection (1)

a) au paragraphe (1), (

i) by adding after paragraph (

g) the following: (

i) par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après l’ali- néa g) : (g.01) personal information relating to a medical practitioner may be released to an agent of the provin- cial authority for the purpose of administering programs for the benefit of medical practitioners under an agree- ment referred to in subsection 4.1(1), g.01) s’il s’agit de renseignements personnels con- cernant un médecin; ceux-ci peuvent être communiqués à un mandataire de l’autorité provinciale aux fins d’ad- ministration des programmes au profit des médecins que prévoit la convention visée au paragraphe 4.1(1); (ii) in paragraph (

h) by striking out “any Act, or” and substituting “any Act,”; (ii) à l’alinéa h), par la suppression de « toute loi, ou » et son remplacement par « toute loi; »; (iii) by adding after paragraph (

b) by adding after subsection (2) the following:

section is inconsistent with or in conflict with a provision of the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, this
