Order in Council 1218/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Bonnie Oakes Charron was appointed as a part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective May 16, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 621/2024;

And

whereas Bonnie Oakes Charron tendered her resignation effective July 28, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 , Order in Council O.C. 621/2024 be revoked effective July 28, 2025.
