OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated January 26, 1998, pursuant to Sections 672.38 of
Chapter C-46 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Criminal Code, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Dr. Louise Cloutier of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Review Board for a term of office of three years commencing February 4, 1998; and (
b) determine the remuneration for Dr. Louise Cloutier to be at the rate of $75.00 per hour.
