OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated April 18, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 55 of
Chapter 160 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Maintenance and Custody Act, is pleased to amend the Child Maintenance Guidelines, N.S. Reg. 53/98, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 1998-386 dated August 5, 1998, to reflect amendments made to the Federal Child Support Guidelines, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after May 1, 2006.
