Order in Council 1875/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas BY Order in Council O.C. 1285/2014 dated October 22, 2014, B. Diane McArthur was appointed to the Board of Directors of Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation for a term not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment;

and

whereas B. Diane McArthur resigned from the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation effective September 14, 2016;

therefore pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Electricity Act, 1998,

Order in Council O.C. 1285/2014 is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
