AN ACT TO AMEND THE IN,DIVIDUAL'S RIGHTS PROTECTION ACT (Assented to , 1977) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. The Individual's Rights Protection Act is amended by this Act.

Section 28(

a) is repealed and the following is substi tuted: (a) "age" means any age of 45 years or more; 3. This Act comes into force on the day upon which it is assented to. Explanatory Notes I. This Bill amends
