Citation

1 These regulations may be cited as the Retail Business Uniform Closing Day Regulations .

Definitions

1A

(1) In these regulations, “Act” means the Retail Business Uniform Closing Day Act .

(2) In the Act, “Canada Day” means July 1.

Exemptions from

Section 3 of the Act

2 All goods and services sold, offered for sale or purchased by retail are prescribed as goods

and services to which

Section 3 of the Act does not apply.
