OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 16, 2001, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Carol Ann Rock, made pursuant to Order in Council 1998-684 dated December 18, 1998, while employed with Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Dartmouth-Halifax; and (
b) appoint Carol Ann Rock of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with Second Story Women's Centre/Planned Parenthood Bridgewater.
