OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated January 19, 2021, and: (

a) pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Canada Lands Company Limited for the property at 3139 and 3151 Oxford Street, Halifax; and (

b) pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into a net debt obligation of twenty-five million one hundred thousand dollars ($25,100,000) as a result of the purchase of 3139 and 3151 Oxford Street, Halifax.
