An Act to amend The Court of Appeal Act (Assented to March 30, 1972.) Rev. Stat. c. 72,

section amended

Section of The Court of Appeal Act is amended by adding thereto immediately after subsection (1) thereof the following subsection: “(1A) For each office of judge of the court provided for by subsection (1), there shall be the additional office of supernumerary judge of the court and each supernumerary judge shall hold himself available to perform such judicial duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by the Chief Justice of Saskatchewan”. 1972, c.21, s.1.
