OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated September 9, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to: (

a) provide notice to Alderney CFF Limited of the Province's intention to exercise its option to purchase the Central Nova Scotia Correctional Facility and Co-located East Coast Forensic Hospital; and (

b) enter into such agreements and sign such documents as may be required to purchase the Central Nova Scotia Correctional Facility and Co-located East Coast Forensic Hospital from Alderney CFF Limited and to give effect to this Order.
