Each parcel will be offered for sale subject to the approval of Council, and subject to
a reserve bid and to the reservations and conditions contained in the existing
certificate of title.
The Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 may, after the public auction, become
the owner of any parcel of land that is not sold at the public auction.

Sale Conditions:
- GST will be added to all successful bids,
- A deposit of 10% of the successful bid payable in cash, certified cheque,
bank draft or money order must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the
sale,
- The balance of the purchase price shall be paid on or before Friday February
28, 2014,
- All properties are to be sold on an "as is, where is" basis and the
municipality gives no warranty whatsoever as to the adequacy of services,
soil conditions, land use districting, building and development conditions,
absence or presence of environmental contamination, or the ability to
develop the subject land for any use proposed by the purchaser,
- All sales are subject to the reserve bid and any conditions and/or
reservations on the existing title,
- Taxes to be adjusted as of December 31, 2013, and
- All sales subject to approval of the Council.
Redemption may be affected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time
prior to the sale.

The Alberta Gazette is issued twice monthly, on the 15th and last day.
Notices and advertisements must be received ten full working days before the
date of the issue in which the notices are to appear. Submissions received after
that date will appear in the next regular issue.
Notices and advertisements should be typed or written legibly and on a sheet separate
from the covering letter. An electronic submission by email or disk is preferred.

the names of all signing officers typed or printed. Please include name and complete
contact information of the individual submitting the notice or advertisement.
