b) dans la version anglaise, à « he or she », de « the employee ». 1 Transitional — employee on or has requested leave 3(1) If, on the day this Act comes into force, an employee is on leave for serious injury or illness under subsection 59.10(1) of the former Act, or has given their employer notice under subsection 59.10(3) of the former Act but has not yet begun the leave, then the leave to which the employee is entitled is increased from a total of up to 17 weeks to a total of up to 27 weeks.
