OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 10, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act, and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Carol Campbell of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, effective June 20, 1998, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 98-155, dated April 8, 1998, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia; and (

b) appoint Carol Campbell-Waugh of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
