OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated June 4, 2020 and pursuant to Sections 8 and 11 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2018, the Develop Nova Scotia Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Michael Roberts, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as member of the Board of Directors of Develop Nova Scotia for a third term of four (4) years commencing July 3, 2020 without requiring any break between his second and third terms; (

b) determine that he shall be remunerated for his service as a member of the Board in the amount of $150 per day, and will be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling his duties, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally payable to members of the civil service.
