OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated July 19, 2004, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 1,350 square metres (0.33 acre), more or less, situate at or near River Philip, Cumberland County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the property to Donald J. Oram and Carol Oram of River Philip, Cumberland County, for the price of $400.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
