Order in Council 109/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jane Fitzgerald was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective March 7, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 355/2024;

And

whereas Jane Fitzgerald has passed away;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Order in Council O.C. 355/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
