B.C. Reg. 350/2003, deposited October 3, 2003, pursuant to the MISCELLANEOUS STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2003 [Section 71], NATURAL PRODUCTS MARKETING (BC) ACT [Section 22] and the FARM PRACTICES PROTECTION (RIGHT TO FARM) ACT [Section 12]. Order in Council 928/2003, approved and ordered October 2, 2003.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 1, 2003,

(

a) sections 19 through 22, 24, 45 through 50 and 70 of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2003 , S.B.C. 2003, c. 7, are brought into force,

(

b) the Farm Practices Board Regulation, B.C. Reg. 23/97, is amended in the title and in

section 1 by striking out "Farm Practices Board" and substituting "British Columbia Farm Industry Review Board", and

(

c) the following regulations are amended according to the

schedule to this order:

British Columbia Broiler Hatching Egg Scheme, B.C. Reg. 432/88;

British Columbia Egg Marketing Scheme, 1967, B.C. Reg. 173/67;

British Columbia Hog Marketing Scheme, B.C. Reg. 109/80;

British Columbia Milk Marketing Board Regulation, B.C. Reg. 167/94;

British Columbia Mushroom Scheme, B.C. Reg. 80/2001;

British Columbia Turkey Marketing Scheme, B.C. Reg. 174/66;

British Columbia Vegetable Scheme, B.C. Reg. 96/80;

Natural Products Marketing (BC) Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 328/75.
