OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage and the Minister of Public Works dated July 25, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective July 29, 2022, to authorize entering into a net debt obligation in a total amount not to exceed $4,662,000 in capital funding for projects under the federal Green and Inclusive Community Buildings program.
