OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated December 1, 2023, and pursuant to

Section 13 of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1992, the Dental Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Dr. Sachin Seth of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) and Dr. Sunita Sharma of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as Dental Association members of the Provincial Dental Board of Nova Scotia, each for a term of three (3) years commencing January 16, 2024; and (

b) appoint Michelle Fowler of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as an Assistants Association member of the Provincial Dental Board of Nova Scotia for a term of three (3) years commencing January 16, 2024.
