OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated February 17, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 315 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Nova Scotia Museum Act, and Subsection 18(1) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Duncan Gould of Cape Breton Regional Municipality, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2010-437 dated December 7, 2010, effective March 22, 2011.
